1. Management reserves the right to refuse entry or request parents and children to leave the centre where the following conditions of entry have not been met.
2. Children must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult 18+ years of age.
3. The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and safety of their children.
4. Adults are required to ensure the children under their care understand the Rules of Play.
5. No Climbing on the walls of the inflatable’s, or on the outside and inside of the frame play structures.
6. The toddler areas are strictly for that age group 4 and younger. Older children are not allowed to play in those areas or supervise in these areas.
7. Any child found to be disregarding these rules will be asked to sit out of play and in extreme circumstances asked to leave.
8. No outside food or drinks may be consumed on the premises.
9. Clients entering TikTocs acknowledge the activities in this centre may expose them to a greater than normal risk of injury. Clients therefore agree upon entry to the Centre, the owners and operators of TikTocs shall not be liable for any injury to persons and property and forgo any legal rights whatsoever and howsoever incurred, including but not limiting to omission act of negligence, default, breach of contract of any kind.
10. These premises are monitored 24 Hrs a day by video monitoring surveillance equipment for the purpose of security.
11. NO CASH IS KEPT ON PREMISES.
